About Dr. Prakash Singh

Dr. (Maj. Gen.) Prakash Singh serves as the Head of the Department of Neurosurgery at Saket City Hospital. Before assuming this role, Dr. Singh held various positions including Medical Officer, General Surgeon, and Neurosurgeon within the Indian Army. Additionally, he has provided his expertise as Director and Senior Consultant for Neurosurgery at BL Kapur Super Specialty Hospital in New Delhi, and as Senior Consultant in Neurosurgery at Max Super Specialty Hospital in Mohali.
He obtained his M. Ch in Neurosurgery from PGIMER in Chandigarh and is duly registered with the Delhi Medical Council.
Dr. Prakash Singh is recognized for his proficiency in performing a wide range of cranial and spinal surgeries, including microsurgical excision of brain tumors, transsphenoidal pituitary surgery, intracranial aneurysm surgery, neuroendoscopic surgery, microdiscectomy, spinal tumor surgeries, spinal stabilization, minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical disc replacement, and kyphoplasty, all with outstanding results. His extensive experience also encompasses surgeries conducted for missile injuries to the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves during the Kargil War.
